Barbro Johnels, VING information manager, describes in VISION magazine how she percieves the relation to me.

"We currently engaged in a demanding and extensive correspondance with this customer"Click here to see the full article in Swedish on VISION website. (www.vision-media.se)

Well, how about that. "A demanding and extensive correspondence with this customer".

This customer would now like to show you how Barbro Jhonnels handles responsibility and Trust by publishing a letter she has sent to me.

To all who were involved in the traffic accident in Germany March 9 1996.
At the meeting in May, last year, it was mentioned that we would be able to provide you with the police report. Since we are not part in the case, and the document is not a public document in Germany, we do not have the report.
It has now come to our knowledge that a court verdict has been reached. If any part in the case (traveller) want to have insight into the verdict you have to contact the Ministry of justice in Rosenheim [address] through a German lawyer mentioning case number XXXXXX.

Best wishes,
Barbro Jhonnels
Information Manager

Notice that Barbro Johnels clearly says that VING does not have the police report or verdict and that anyone who wants it has to take care of it themselves. That's why it's so very strange when VING writes me another letter two years later in which i quote "VING has also referred to the German court's verdict whih says that certain recognised problems in the brake systems not were seen as instrumental for the accident"

In this text it's obvious that VING have access to the german court's verdict.
