I really trusted VING - that was their business concept, to have control over the whole picture. Just look at this ad here....

The ad reads "Sun and Swim with VING - More safety with VING - with VING you can feel safe".

The reality is something completely different. They placed me in a bus with faulty brakes and a totally inexperienced driver.

When a company fails in their routines in this way you would expect them to take some responsibility - such as when the driver crashes the bus into still-standing traffic on Autobahn - which almost killed me, broke my back and bound me to a wheelchair. I asked the CEO of VING what she thought of this......

Your letter 990329 to [removed] we reply to as follows.

Questions about the overall fitness of the bus, performed service- and safety-checks and certain technical problems with the brakes at the time of the accident has been discussed in our legal councels letters to lawyer [removed] In the letters 971105 and 980227 VING'S position in these questions has been explained. VING has also referred to the German court ruling which states that certain acknowledged problems with the brake systems of the bus at the time of accident was not instrumental to the accident. We thus see it as less meaningful to continue this discussion, if no new facts relevant to the assessment surfaces. Such new material we must in such a case closely study prior to a possible meeting.

Kind Regards,

Eivor Andersson
CEO VING Sweden.

It turns out that VING is a company without ethics who do not care about their customers. When I asked VING how they looked at the issue of responsibility they wrote....

9. VINGS responsibility
I refrain from giving any special comment here but would like to add that involved staff at VING have the fullest understanding of how the hurt are experiencing their situation.
