You are so many, yes more than one hundred by now, who have sent an e-mail and I want to say Thank You! even though I have not yet had the time to send you a personal answer. Especially happy am I over the more than 35.000 visitors who have visited these pages and I really hope they have given you information that you have to be aware of - just as in this letter I received the other day..

"I just want to say that I think it's really good that you have this page (www.vingkund.com) which explains what happened so that everyone can understand how big companies behave." (From Swedish, my translation..)

and that is exactly what I wanted to achieve - that everyone should know what they are doing when they travel with VING and that, which must not happen, happens. Another letter was this...

"Your website feels very professionally done, no technical marvel or so, but very tasteful and good design, well constructed and a lot of work has been spent on it, one can tell. Even maybe so much that one could think that you have received help to build your site... personally I assume that you maybe have one of your children helping you (if I may be a little judgmental) but has no one asked you if there is a competitor to Ving who is helping you?. " (Again from Swedish, with my translation..)

No, I don't have any of Ving's competitors helping me out - it is actually my husband Rolf who have put it all together, and I am the web-editor. We say Thank You for the praise - this whole thing with internet and the web is not so difficult to learn as one may think. If anyone want to talk to me or Rolf about how it's done you can use this mail-form.

It has been very important for me and my husband to find out all the facts - and when so many things have turned out to be totally out of control it has further strengthened our commitment, at the same time as VING has refused to talk to us or listen to the facts we have found.
